After applying this update, anyway to root my droid?
rtrinkle | 31-Mar-10 at 9:27 am | Permalink
I am sure there is. If I had an extra Droid laying around I would try to the normal methods for rooting the previous Droid.
I would venture to say the old methods work for 2.1, but I would not try it until more testing has been done.
To confirm any theories, another user has notified me that on his rooted droid, he was able to apply this update. His rooted droid did not have any custom ROM’s loaded however.
